這款安心吐司現在登上我們家冠軍寶座不分享不行
也是因為家裡很多鮮奶油要消耗哈哈哈
食譜:
高筋麵粉210g
全麥粉30g
糖20g
酵母3g
鹽巴4克(成團後才加入)
冰水110g
鮮奶油80g
吃起來不太鹹不太甜很涮嘴啦
各家麵粉吸水性不同請自行再調整

烤溫是350度 35-38分鐘
15分鐘後我會蓋錫箔紙避免上色太深喔!!
Recipe:
Breadflour 210g
salt 4g
wholewheat flour 30g
sugar 20g
ice water 110g
heavy cream 80g
please adjust water if needed.
mix sugar, flour, wholewhea flour and yeast together, mix in ice water ane heavy cream.
knead it to a dough shape and add in salt. leavt it in frdge for 30mins and keep knead it till you got window pane
store in cooler for 12hrs, devided in haf and rolled it in round shape, leave it at room temp for 30mins

bake at 350F for 35 to 38 mins.
