全麥貝果食譜:
高筋麵粉200克
全麥粉30克
酵母3克
糖20克
鹽巴一小撮
水120克 麵糰太乾可以慢慢加,最後麵糰是硬的但是揉的動就好
全部攪拌均勻至光滑
烤溫200度13-15分鐘

ingredients,
Yeast 3G
Bread flour 200g
Whole wheat flour 30g
Water120g
A pinch of salt
Sugar 20g
Mix everything in a bowl until smooth, proof for 30 minutes, divid to 60-70g and knead to round shape, let the dough relax for 10 minutes. Dip finger in flour and poke in each ball. Stretch from the hole and make it till ideal shape. Proof for another half hour, prepare a pot of hot water(heat up water to boil then turn to low fire). Boil the bagel for 1min for each side. Bake at 420f for about 20mins.
